Oilegeist

Overview

Oilegeist is a newly appointed member of the Oakenra elder council. Perhaps due to his younger age, his ambition is seemingly limitless. He believes the Oakenra are destined to dominate the world. He sees other civilizations as inferior - shorter-lived, with less understanding. He views himself as a visionary willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve power and control.

Philosophy

Oilegeist clashes constantly with Oakrum, whose vision of harmony and cooperation he dismisses as weakness. Where Oakrum advocates for kindness and bridges between civilizations, Oilegeist sees only competition and hierarchy. The Oakenra are superior. Others must bow to their superiority. This is not cruelty to him. This is simply the natural order.

Nature

Oilegeist is willing to break Oakenra tradition if it serves his vision of dominance. He does not care about ancient protocols or cautious deliberation. Action matters more than consensus. Results matter more than principle.

Alliances

What few know is that Oilegeist has made a secret alliance with Astaroth, the dark wizard of the underworld. This pact remains hidden from the rest of the council. If discovered, it could shatter the Oakenra forever. It could tear apart the world above, piece by piece.

This hidden agreement with an ancient enemy represents a profound break from centuries of Oakenra tradition. But Oilegeist does not care. He sees it as the only path to the dominance he craves.
