The Supreme One

Overview
The Supreme One. The One Above All. The Creator. Just a few of the names given to this entity over eons of civilizations. Each age has called it something different. Each culture has whispered a different title. But all speak of the same being. The oldest entity that has ever existed.
According to an ancient parchment studied by the Wise Ones, the Supreme One was the first thing to enter existence. Everything else came after.
That is all we know for certain.
Prophecy
The Wise Ones speak of a prophecy. When the world ends completely, when Armageddon comes and all other powers fail, the Supreme One will rise from the ashes.
What this means is unclear. Does it mean the Supreme One is sleeping and will wake? Does it mean the Supreme One will return from nothingness? Does it mean the Supreme One is waiting for civilization to destroy itself? Does it mean the Supreme One will create a new world after this one ends?
None of these are confirmed. The prophecy might be true. It might be metaphor. It might be complete fabrication.
Nature
In a world where Gall'har's fires visibly burn, where Mortem's darkness spreads, where Ebris's avatars walk the earth, and where O'lo's wisdom influences events, the Supreme One remains completely unknown.
Some whisper of possible connections to The Ancients, though such theories carry no weight among scholars.
This might be intentional. A god that is completely unknowable can only be encountered when all other knowledge fails. At the end of everything when the Supreme One rises to remake creation.
Or the Supreme One might be a myth. A story told to explain the gaps in knowledge. A placeholder for mysteries that may never be solved.
The only certainty is the uncertainty.
